The Cramps - “Goo Goo Muck” (1981)
Part of the Cramps’ genius was their ability to pick obscure covers that matched so well with their identity as to be indistinguishable from their originals. This one— a cover of a 1962 number by Ronnie Cook— is one of their finest moments.
